Travel Day. We are off to Sydney this afternoon.
Ross made us a ham and pineapple sandwich for lunch and then drove us to the airport. We got checked in and Ross made sure we had everything ting we needed, and then we said our good byes, and he left. We went through security and then waited. We boarded on time, a first with Virgin Blue, and we actually arrived in Sydney 10 minutes early as well. We got our bags then called Paul, he told us were to go, and us being Canadians went to the wrong side of the street.
We got that sorted out, raced tot he car and jumped in and we were off through rush hour traffic. It took just over an hour to get to the house. We sat and talked with Jen & Paul, telling them where we had been and what we had seen.
We had supper – roast lamb and pavlova for desert – o so good.

Enjoy your last week! Hard to believe almost 2 months have gone by already. I have really enjoyed reading your blog and seeing your pictures. Even Keith is checking every day to see if you have something new! I hope it is nice and hot for you in Sydney. You will be happy to know that Alberta had a bunch of snow yesterday – they said on the news that flights were delayed in Calgary and Edmonton!!!! 🙂 🙂
