Have camera will travel

It was blistering hot the past 2 days. It reached 111 in Roseville yesterday. We went there to have lunch with a photo buddy of ours. Good thing we were indoors.
The weather has cooled down 40 degrees from yesterday. The delta breezes are blowing up from the ocean. The days will still be hot for us, but probably cool for the locals.
We haven’t done much in the past week, a little shopping and lots of time in the pool.
I am a little disappointed about the shopping this year. The deals just aren’t showing up. The prices seem to we higher than last year, and not just because of inflation. Some of the stuff seems to be more expensive than at home, which is a switch.
The bad economy doesn’t seem much better this year. The same empty buildings are still standing empty, and I have not really seen any construction. Still bad times here.
My pay as you go internet is failing. They only take US credit cards, so I have to go to the store to buy refill cards, and now that won’t even activate, so off to McDonalds to use free wifi.
