My saga of technical help continues

So I beat myself up again today and called the customer support for my aircard (to connect to the net) for the 4th time.
Do this and do that and do this again, ok I can do that, bit it doesn’t work, and the connect cutton is still greyed out. “Well connect to the internet” I can’t the connect button is greyed out! “But you need to connect to the internet so you can download the new software, so connect”. “Have you done that?”
So what part of I can’t connect ot the internet because the connect button is greyed out don’t you understand? “Find a hot spot and download the new software” And around and around we go. It seemes they upgraded the whole system over the weekend, and now I need new software to use this aircard – not.
I just pulled it out and stuck it back in and it worked !! When it doubt, power the damn thing off and on and it might work.
Anyway, cold day here today, only 75F and clouds.
We watched a little league game tonight, and the right team won, so we have another game to go to on Thursday.
