Have camera will travel

Here we sit. The airport. Talk about getting to the airport early. We are 6 hours early. The reason being – snow!!
The predictions are for 20cm by 6 AM, so out to the airport sooner than expected. Good thing to as the highway was snow covered and blowing snow. Easier on our driver to come this early because the roads aren’t as bad as they are going to be.
Not much available late night in the airport.
After a 4 hr wait we get checked in at United.
Then the hurry up and wait at security and customs. Security didn’t like that I had socks and underwear stuffed in my water bottle – ya think??
Then got crossed up at customs as they didn’t like that we tried to go through together. So he gave me back my passport and I went to the next agent as I noticed I didn’t have my passport but my friends. So another kerfuffle getting mine back after the agent had already stamped it o boy!!
We made it through. Now we wait to board. The plane is at the gate and covered with snow.
