Sunday Tough day today, we spent the whole morning and part of the afternoon by the pool. In and out of the pool just to get wet and cool off, and talk to other Canadians about their trip down here.
We went for lunch and had our usual chips and melted cheese in the best pico to Gallo around. Then back to the pool to cool off.
Sometime in the afternoon we wandered back to the room just to get into some air-conditioning. It’s a little hot outside, 34°.
Went for a walk down to the sports bar, and got some really good piña colada’s. sad outside in the shade and people watched. Took a few photos and then decided it was still too hot and back up to the room.
We went for supper to the buffet again, only because our little waiter told us we had to come back tonight. He had a special table ready for us with swans made out of the napkins and two flowers on the table.
Went for a walk after supper around the hotel trying to get away from the noise of the football game. All things stop when the NFL is playing I guess. Got some money changed into smaller bills and then back up to find some air-conditioning and a few drinks.
A tough day, but someone has to do it.
