Have camera will travel

A little sleep in today, up about 7:30. today is an easy day, as the last 2 have been long non stop days. We are starting to slow down.
Paul cooked bacon and eggs on the bbq – very good. We had breakfast on the deck. Then off to the store to get what we need for supper tonight.
Back at the house, I put the chicken together for Chicken Kiev, and then we had a small lunch.
Then off again to Hornsby to look for a bag, we have too much to fit in our suitcases, so we need another bag for all out loot. We wandered the mall looking and finally bought one, then to the bottle shop to pick up some beer.
We plopped on the couch when we got back, and had a cold drink. Paul was standing there, waiting for us, so we downed our drinks, grabbed out cameras and off to George’s Lookout for a short walk.
It is called George’s lookout, because it is at the end of the street where George and Dell live. We climbed up through the rocks, adn then walked along a small path, through new growth trees and bushes. This area was burnt about 5 years ago.
What a view when we got to the edge. We could see where the ferry was across the Hornsby River. The place was all low flat rocks and gum trees, and small bush. It was a great little walk.
We arrived back at the house, totally soaked in sweat, it is very humid, and I think it will rain again tonight.
We sat out on the back deck and Paul and I tested the beer I had bought. He had never had the one kind. We both decided that it was good, so we had a few more just to make sure.
We had supper and sat around talking about our past trips, that it was soon 10 pm and not really a good time to hace chocolate sauce and ice cream for desert, so we put that off to another day.
I crawled off to bed very full and happy.
