Drove a couple of people to the shuttle for Vegas. Then over to the Dixie Center…. again, to get more shirts printed.
We grabbed some money from the safe in our hotel room, and off to Misquite. Gambling gamblin gambling, and we are down a little money. Had a hot dog at the casino, can’t leave the machine you know – ha ha. Then started to wander on back. We took a left, and went north on a smaller highway to go to the Gunlock Reservoir again. But we stopped way sooner, and took a gravel (rock) road toward the mountains in Woodbury Desert Study Area. What a neat area, no one there, we drove and stopped and took photos and wandered around. My shutter finger is satisfied for the next little while.
A phone call brought us back to the real world, and back to St. George to go for supper with what is left of the gang.
We had a good day for our last day here. Nice and sunny and warm, no wind and lots of gorgeous scenery.
We went to some buffet place for supper, it wasn’t great, but it was filling. We sat and talked and had fun.
Then back to the hotel to pack 🙁
