We didn’t get up early or rush out the door, but we got away in good time. We went west to Cedar Pocket in the Virgin River Canyon area. Wandered down by the river looking at all the damage that happened last month with the floods.
Up in the higher area there were lots of cactus and everything was green from all the moisture.
Then since we were so close to Nevada we took a drive to a casino to get a little refreshment and spend some money. We didn’t come away with any more money than we came with – darn.
