Lazy start to the day.
We met up with the gang for lunch at a place called Pieology. Make your own pizza. Pretty neat place. Pick your crust, sauce cheese and toppings. I made a veggie with corn, artichoke, red onion, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, and then some ham to top it off. Thin crust – good pizza. The place is like subway, go down the line and pick the ingredients.
Then for desert, we went to Gunthers – ice cream shop. Similar to Vics, but smaller. we’ve driven past this place 3 or 4 times, and the lineup has been out to the street, but not this time. The ice cream was good, but not as good as Vics.
Over to the house to visit for a bit, and then back to the trailer to organize our stuff. The air conditioner was off, and the place was hot and getting hotter, as the outside temp was about 100. I called the office and the owner came over, then breaker on the conditioner was flipped, she came in and then we proceeded to solve the worlds problems for the next hour or more.
We organized for about 10 minutes and then has left over pizza for supper.
