Have camera will travel

Saturday Windy this morning. Picked up a coffee for the guy that organizes the guys with the kayaks. I think he was surprised that we remembered. Out on the water. It was a little rough this morning, very windy, some whitecaps. But we took off in the kayaks anyway, I’m surprised they let us little old ladies go out on the water. I think after four days though they figured out we knew what we were doing, sort of.
We were only out for about a half an hour, but we got our workout in. We went into the wind to begin with, then went with the wind. I sort of figured that was kind of a mistake because we had to go back into the wind to get in position to come in the land. But we survived, and I didn’t dump in the water.
Back to the pool to lay in the shade. We went in the pool first to get all the salt out of our bathing suits and to cool off from our long treacherous walk up from the beach to the pool.
We laid at the pool till about 3 o’clock, in the shade most of the time. We had a visitor, a big iguana, that we named George he hung around us for most of the morning and then into the bushes he went for the afternoon.
We went down to the beach again after supper to take some more shots of the ocean, moon and stars.
A different vibe at the resort today- seems like there are less Canadians around. Well a bunch of them are going home tomorrow ? including us ! So sad after looking at the temps.
