Have camera will travel

This morning looks great, blue sky no clouds, and humidity is down. It is 11 so far, with a high of 21 for today. I just checked the weather at home, and it says light snow, that is too bad 🙂 I just checked the weather for Sydney, and it looks like about 20 and a little cloudy tomorrow, and then some rain, which I guess they need.
Well the first 2 weeks of our trip are just about up. We have had a fantastic time in New Zealand.
The people here are great, and the hospitality has been absolutily great. We have seen places that we would have probably not seen if we had been on our own. We toured Waiheke Island with Joy & Ira, learned all about dairy farming with Barrie & Lynn, and climbed the Mount becasue of Marj & Dick.
We packed up the car, and took off on our journey back to Auckland. We stopped at Waihi again for a burger, the first one we had last week was so good. Then onward back to drop off the car, the trip was uneventful.
We dropped off the car and caught the shuttle to the motel. Then the disaster, well at least for me. The laptop has taken the rest of the trip off. I believe either the video card or the screen has died – o goody $#^%*&(())#$%^&@#$%^@#$%^ !
Anyway the motel was ok, so we wandered off on a walkabout, picked up some crackers and cheese for supper, and wandered back. I went next door to another motel to use the internet there, but they had “no cards” left. So no internet – I think I will go through withdrawal.
It was a slow night we watched some tv, organized our suitcases, and went to bed early. And uneventfull day.
