Last year at this time, we boarded a plane for our adventure to Europe. We are so sad that we aren’t going there again this year. O well, time to see parts of Alberta
Yesterday we went up to Skeleton Lake. It was really windy most of the day, and of course not blowing with us, but against us, so poor gas mileage.
On the way back we went through Elk Island Park. There was fresh poop on the road, and sure enough around a corner or two, there was a herd of bison on the road, and not it too big a hurry to get off it either. And me wearing a red shirt.
Well we survived, and made it through.
And my crocus are up and flowering – ya!
This morning I went out to Clifford E. Lee Nature Santuary. It was kind of dull, not a sunny day like yesterday. It was a nice walk, and I got a good photo of a goose landing, thanks to a car going by fast enough to scare the birds.
