Long drive to Barcelona

But we are here, and ready to go.
We got here about 5 pm after a long drive, we only stopped twice on the way. Saw lots of scenery flying by. One image I missed captureing as we were flying down the raod, was a little old couple sitting on what looked to be a very very old low rock wall, and she was emptying rocks from her shoe – and my camera was not in my hand at the time – drats.
We had about an hour and a half to organize oursleve before we went out for a night on the town. Down to Las Ramblas for dinner and a flamenco show.

The food was excellant, and the sangeria was flowing.

We went into a smaller room for the flamenco show. We were in the front row, about 5 inches from the edge of the stage. Talk about in your face music & dance.

I thought the one guys was going to end up in my lap as he pranced across the stage.

After the show we walked down Las ramblas for a bit, then on the bus and back to the hotel, making fun of Brian, our Tour Manager the whole way. His wife has joined us for 2 days, so the jokes were rowdy.

There are only 30 people on this tour. And all but 4 of us are from “down under”, a few Kiwis and the rest are Aussies. The 4 are Canadian.
