We are in Laughlin now.
Got up early this morning, well earlier than yesterday, but not that early. We got organized, and packed the car, we seem to have more stuff now. We wandered the Miracle Mile shops and found a different resturant for breakfast. We walked around the circle back to the hotel and then left.
On the road again – to Laughlin. We left Vegas around noon, and got into Laughlin about 2. Found the house easily. What a neat house, 3 bedrooms, lots of tile. We got settled in and then off again to check out the town. Laughlin is along side the river. Long and skinny. We found the In and Out Burger place, and had supper. The milk shakes are so good.
Then to the Tropicana to get 10$ of theirs to gamble with. One of us won 150$ – ya! Then on to find a Safeway and stock the fridge. We drove over to Bullhead City, found the Safeway and a Dollar store.
Got different directions for the way back – much shorter.
They don’t believe in street lights so it is very dark once you get away from the casinos.
We played cards and relaxed, it will be an earlier night than in Vegas.
