we are in St. George, Utah

We got here about 11:30, and our rooms were ready.
It is about 75 degrees, sunny and windy – very windy, about 50mph.
Now we are off to register, and then to Mesquite to check out the gambling.
More info about the trip later today…..
So on the trip we missed all of the bad weather. We got to Fort Macleod around 9:30 pm Friday night. We went for a healthy pizza at Luigi’s – it was very good. The pillows were like rocks, but the beds weren’t that bad. We were up at 5:15 and on the road before 07:00. Through the border after someone and we won’t mention any names, signed her passport. The roads were dry, and there was some blue sky. We hit a little rain, but not much. We decided to go for it, and headed for Provo. We got to the hotel around 07:30 pm. But Roy wasn’t there. The story of Roy is long, and Vicki doesn’t want to talk about it.
We went to TGIF for supper – not bad, and we got there before the rush.
Back to the hotel and a lot of giggling.
We got up around 6:30 and headed over to the office for breakfast, and we were on the road by 08:00.
The sun was shinning and the wind was blowing, but the time we got to St. George the wind was howling, seems like about 50mph, but it is over 70 and sunny.
Over to the Dixie Center to register and get our goodie bag and check out the gift shop, and all the Vendor displays – no batting gloves.
We decided that it was too windy to go hiking, so we went to Misquite instead. Vicki and I were lucky, came out about 50$ ahead, and back to St. George to the Outback for a cheap supper.
Back to the hotel, and we decided to go for a work out – yes a workout – Bob, you have grown on us. After sweating for a half an hour or so, back to the room to get some libations, and then down to the pool area to sit outside – the wind has died down.
